Roles & Responsibilities
- Education
- Master’s Degree in Sociology or related fields
- Registered by a recognized institution as professional in field of specialization

- 10 years’ overall experience out of which 5 years are in dealing with safeguards issues in water projects or programs
- Considerable experience in dealing with social safeguard aspects of large water and sanitation investment projects
- Practical knowledge and experience with World Bank safeguard procedures would be a considerable advantage
- Experience in maintaining and updating strategies and plans for social and environmental safeguards including monitoring and improvement the design for community oriented social and environmental components and facilitated to corresponding stakeholders for its compliance is required
- Experience in training or capacity building in Social Safeguards
