The organization is committed to improve the quality of life of people with visual impairment in Tanzania through lobbying and advocacy; awareness raising; information sharing; facilitating access to education and vocational training; and economic empowerment.

Post 1: Head of Programmes and Fundraising
TLB is looking for a competent and motivated head of programmes and fundraising person. This is a volunteer position whereby the incumbent will be reporting to the secretary general of the organization for day to day executions.

- Plan for the growth of the organization in collaboration with leaders,
- Lead the development of proposal writeups,
- Develop annual and malt year projects and budgeting for the organization,
- Assist the project officers in producing high quality reports,

- Have at list experience of three years in fundraising strategies and programme management,
- Have bachelor degrees in project management or other related fields,
- Writing skills in generating partnership proposals and report to donors,
- Ability to prepare annual and malt-year plans, quarterly, annually and malt-year budget and budget forecast,
- High integrity and transparency in all aspects of management,
- Demonstrate computer skills in Ms. Excels, Ms. Word, Ms. PowerPoint & Ms. Access,
- Should have good command in written and spoken English and Swahili,
- Ability to volunteer and be ready to be called at any time with his/her management daily.
- Adhere to the regulations and policies of the organization
