Business Need/Purpose of Role:
To manage the relevant branches, ensuring the achievement of sales and operational targets, and conformance to customer requirements, thereby contributing to the achievement of company objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree with five to eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid Driver’s license
- Valid passport and work permit

- Mentoring and development of back-office technical support team
- Establishment, development & control of new branch offices where sustainable business established
- Weekly reports on activities undertaken, identifying opportunities, threats, issues and recommendations
- Achieve budget and working capital targets
- Manage branch resources, e.g. labour, spares etc
- Maximise labour and profitability
- Ensure adherence to all HSE and housekeeping requirements at the branch
- Adhere to Duty of Care Policy at all times

Language Skills:
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies and present information to top management.
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages and ratios to practical situations.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
