Job Description
Seed Sales Representative are responsible for providing support and knowledge of their agronomic products to customers. Seed Sales Representatives also organize or act as the liaison between the company and farmers to organize trial programs and assist with analyzing and reporting results.
Our client wishes to recruit an enthusiastic, self-driven candidate for the Sales & Marketing Representative position to be based in Mpanda, Iringa and Arusha.

Duties and responsibilities
v Provide agronomic support & advice to the customers and prospects
v Follow up on grower (visits, calls) and trials
v Prepare the plan visits in line with the Operational plan
v Strategically plan activities to generate demand for available products. Research and understand the needs of the customer, and plan sales activities to increase sales and hybrid adoption.
v Uses competitive/marketing insights to challenge the customer using different available tools/materials
v Closes sales/obtain the buying commitment from the grower
v Work with customer to ensure complaints are resolved in a timely manner.
v Account planning through use of IDEA & salesforce.com
v Coach and support farmers on product management to ensure they succeed
v Provide after-the-sale customer service that increases customer loyalty and the % of seed purchase from Client
v Plan and deliver presentations to customers and potential customers that help increase sales in Mpanda, Iringa & Arusha region
v Allocates and utilizes available resources to maximize return on short-term and long-term strategic plan for sales area
v Actively contributes to analyze regional market needs and suggest changes or improvements to distribution strategy and farmer’s segmentation
v Maintain and develop relationship with the customer’s Full accountabilities of money collection from the customers on time and be proactive in early money collection.
v Contribute, implement and follow-up as per Client guidance and compliance (Business conduct, ESH Policy)
v Provide Client with the necessary market intelligence required for the commercial success
v Setting demo trials / follow up trial execution at grower level to create product awareness that best fit customer needs.

Qualifications for the Regional Sales Representative Job

v Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related field
v A master’s degree will be an added advantage
v Work Experience: 4+ years’ sales experience, with at least 2 years in the agricultural industry.
v Should be willing to relocate to Iringa, Mpanda and Arusha

Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented, hard-working Inventory Clerk to join our client team. Should have prior experience in the Seeds warehouse environment and excellent math skills for balancing records.

An Inventory Clerk’s responsibilities include managing all the seeds products, including recording new seeds items in stock room. You will track each seeds item as it enters the establishment through records of what’s been sold and where those goods go.
Ultimately, you will be responsible for the inventory of all supplies and products that come in or leave client Godown.

Responsibilities
v The inventory Clerk is responsible for preparing the purchase orders, receiving, storing, issuing the goods (Seeds), managing the stock levels and giving out the supplies from the stock
v Involved in preparing the inventories, maintaining the stock records, using computerized systems for entering the records and is accountable for checking the supply invoices with the purchase orders
v To oversee that the arrangement of goods has been done in an orderly system within the stock location system so that the stock can be stored easily and retrieved whenever there is a requirement. Similarly, he/she ensures that the stocks stay physically protected in the warehouse
v To undertake the function of stock taking and confirm the periodic stock on a regular basis by working closely with the designated staff members
v To supervise the offloading process, the subsequent arrangement of merchandise, material, etc., and consignment so that it can be accessed and identified easily
v To ensure the correct and timely valuation of the inventory and to be involved in directing and managing procedures related to offloading, packing and unpacking
v Responsible for preparing the reports on adjustments done to inventories that may be damaged, spoilt, etc., and coordinates the purchasing, inventory and warehousing functions

v Bachelor’s degree in business related to inventory management, accounting, logistics, etc.
v At least 2-4 years of experience in related field.
v Must have two wheeler with valid license.
v Good analytical and organizational skills with experience in Seed Company would definitely prove to be an advantage
v Desire to learn every detail related to Seed Company inventory operation
v Ability to demonstrate collaborative work style, strong leadership skills and should have the ability to take proper decision and action whenever any difficult situation arises
v He/she should have excellent oral and written communication skills
v He/she should be able to enjoy clerical and administrative work with good planning and numeric skills.
v He/she should have a methodical approach to complete the assigned work and should pay strong attention to detail.
