Dattieko Investment Limited is looking for a motivated and highly
experienced individual to fill the Finance and Administration Lead
position.
Job Description:
1. Finance Management
· Ensure proper filing of Dattieko Investment Ltd financial records.
· Prepare, execute, and disseminate financial reports to relevant stakeholders, including the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA).
· Review monthly bank reconciliations for all company accounts.
· Ensure all payments are made in compliance with Dattieko's financial regulations.
· Record and maintain all Dattieko transactions in the accounting software.
· Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets.
· Prepare the company's monthly statutory requirements.
· Prepare and coordinate the financial audit process.
· Develop and implement best accounting principles, including financial controls and management.
· Participate in business negotiations with partners/service providers for procurement of goods and services.
· Maintain and update the fixed asset register.

2. Sales Management:
· Present, promote, and sell the company's services to existing and prospective customers through various promotion platforms.
· Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers and devise strategies to meet their needs.
· Monitor competition and gather marketplace information on pricing, services, new technologies, etc.
· Conduct periodic customer analysis to identify trends and potential business opportunities.
· Prepare quotations for new and existing customers and follow up to secure business.
· Prepare and present work plans, sales reports, pricing analysis, competition analysis, customer needs assessments, and other relevant reports for management decision-making
3. Customer Service:
· Establish and maintain sustainable business relationships with customers.
· Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within specified time
· Set a clear mission and deploy strategies to improve customer service experience and facilitate organic growth of the customer base.
· Communicate courteously with customers, provide help and advice regarding company products or services.
4. Credit Control:
· Deliver invoices, statements, and credit notes in a timely manner.
· Manage customer accounts, ensuring contracts are in place and credit limits are observed.
· Collect all outstanding invoices from customers and alert management when credit limits have been reached.
· Conduct periodic customer reviews and advise management on customer creditworthiness
5. Team Management
· Supervise the Administrator and Technicians, working closely with the CEO to ensure proper management and utilization of assets and resources.
· Represent the CEO in strategic meetings and engagements with stakeholders, as needed.
· Identify employee skills for development and address emerging challenges while providing guidance.
· Ensure harmony and efficiency within the team, implement performance management, evaluation, and feedback processes.
· Collaborate with the CEO to maintain professionalism, timeliness, and high-performance standards among the team.
6. Other Responsibilities:
· Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field. Certified Public or Chartered Accounting qualification is an added advantage
