Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly competent and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a Quantity Surveyor, your main responsibility will be to assist the Contractor's Quantity Surveyor in collecting and organizing Request for Inspections (RFIs), data, and all necessary information for the timely application of Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs) to the Consultant and Employer. Your role will also involve coordinating and communicating with local subcontractors, as well as preparing or reviewing the subcontractor's IPC applications.Additionally, you will be responsible for drafting letters and emails and may temporarily assume the document controller's duties during their absence.

Requirements:Educational Qualification:
- A diploma/certificate in Engineering majors (such as civil engineering, structural engineering, etc.) with a minimum duration of 2-3 years.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in the construction industry.
- Candidates will be required to undergo an interview and test to assess their engineering knowledge and English writing skills.
