As a Market Development Representative you will be responsible for:
- Execution of Promotional Activity – Ensure promotional activities are implemented, maintained and reported on
- Call Cycle Support- Identify call cycles and ensure implementation thereof
- Driving customer service and satisfaction
- Communicate and upkeep knowledge of promotions /product knowledge to provide advice on use of products

- To qualify for this role, you should have:
- 1 – 2 years telecommunications sales and marketing
- A completed diploma
- Customer Service Skills
- Time Management Skills
- Planning and Organising Skills
- Communication Skills (verbal & written)
