Description

• Test coolant emulsion quality parameters and RO water as per laid down procedures and quality plan
• Conduct testing of CRC gauge, width, edge waviness, buckles, and cumber of strip
• Inspect CRC surface appearance and edge and report defects
• Carrying out the analysis of cold rolled strip staining
• Carrying out analysis of incoming raw materials as per laid down procedures.
• Conduct test for pot composition, AZ products quality parameters, Sections parameters, and pre-painted sheets quality parameters as per quality plan.

• Conduct test of competitor’s samples as per given instructions
• Prepare daily reports, distribute and keep records of the same as per instructions.
• Report any defective test device or equipment on time to minimize downtime
• Report any test device or equipment when out of calibration
• Monitor reagent inventory daily and report the same before 1 month to finish as per reagent usage
• Prepare reagents to get required test specifications as per SOPs
• Make sure the laboratory glassware and other apparatus are well maintained and any breakage or loss are reported on time
• Conduct products UD in SAP as assigned by the supervisor
• Ensuring good housekeeping in the laboratory.
• Do weight variance verification at the weighbridge physically and SAP
• Perform any other related duties as Management may require from time to time.

Requirements
• Diploma in science and Laboratory technology with 2 years of experience
• Industry: Industrial training will be considered if any
• Excellent Communication skills, Analytical skills, Problem-solving skills, and planning & organizing skills
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and work effectively across teams internally and externally
• Excellent personal organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines
• High energy, personal presence, and maturity; demonstrated ability to innovate and support change
• Able to work extended hours in critical situations.
