Water For People is a non-government Organisation with its headquarters in the United State of America and it collaborates with people and partners to develop innovative and long-lasting solutions to water, sanitation, and hygiene problems globally. The organisation is registered locally in Tanzania under the Registrar of Non- government Organisations with Registration No. I-NGO/R/3565.Water For People promotes the development of high–quality drinking water and sanitation services, accessible to all and sustained by strong communities, businesses, and government.
Water for People invites qualified suppliers of one or several of the following goods and services to respond to this advertisement. Suppliers who have responded to this advertisement and provides the required information may be invited to participate in the procurement procedure for the relevant lot(s).
Goods and services needed:
1. Hotel conference and accommodation services (Dodoma, Arusha, Dar es Salaam, Morogoro)
2. Stationery and office consumables
3. Air ticketing services
4. Internet Service Provider and IT support services (software and hardware).
5. Design and printing of branding materials eg Tishirts, Note books, pull up burners and posters
6. Water Sanitation and Hygiene Infrastructure design and construction (water schemes, latrines, Hand washing facilities)
7. Solar equipment supply and installation.
8. Professional services (Legal advisory, Audit, event facilitation, training services)
9. Environment Impact Assessment (EIA) services
10. Insurance Services.
11. Editorial and translation services.
12. Car hire services.
13. Clearing and forwarding services.
14. Monthly airtime for Staffs.
NB: Interested Supplier may submit interest one or more services analysed above based on your competence, efficiency, Quality, reliability, and effectiveness of providing the services you are interested in.
The interested supplier shall provide the following information to the Contracting Authority using the contact details below:
· Indicate which supplies or service you are interested in supplying (please indicate the number and details of the services you have selected in quotation as indicated above). Thereafter the procurement committee will share with you the Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a particular service that you have shown interest in.
· Provide the following information preferably in one page:
· the company’s profile.
· contact person.
· brief description of the company’s main line of work and similar experience for the type of works services or works applied for.
· Bank Information
· TIN, VRN and state whether you can provide EFD receipt or not.
