Requirement l Recruitment, management and resignation of local employees
l Assisting the manager in dealing with local government departments
l Applying for and obtaining company certificates and licenses
l Additional office jobs.
l Required to have minimum of bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
l Applicants between the ages of 28 and 37 is required more than 2 years of related experience; Applicants with no experience aged 22 to 25 can be recruited as a trainee
l Ability to drive a car
l Be proficient in standard office software such as Word and Excel
l Be good at communication, management, and problem-solving
l Comply with company rules and regulations
Duty & responsibility
l Manage all accounting transactions
l Prepare budget forecasts
l Publish financial statements in time
l Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
l Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
l Ensure timely bank payments
l Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
l Audit financial transactions and documents
l Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
l Comply with financial policies and regulations

Requirement
l required to have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in financial accounting,or related field.
l more than 3 years of related experience is required.
l Work experience as an Accountant
l Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
l Hands-on experience with accounting software
l Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
l Experience with general ledger functions
l Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
l Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus
l Comply with company rules and regulations
3. SALE SUPERVISOR & TRAINEE
Duty & responsibility
l Learning ceramic tiles/box knowledge from factory
l Maintains and develops relationships with clients
l Assists customers in providing them with information like product or service quotes.
l Practices and tests sales strategies by calling existing and new clients
l You will have chance to become official sale after training
Requirement
l Sales experience in building materials industry is required
l Speak and write English fluently
l Can use office software such as WORD and EXCEL
l Comply with company rules and regulations
l Accept irregular long-term business trips
4. CAR DRIVER
Duty & responsibility
l Valid driver's license with a clean driving record;
l Proven experience as a car driver;
l Knowledge of traffic laws and regulations;
l Excellent driving skills and a good sense of direction;
l Strong customer service and communication skills;
l Ability to handle unexpected situations or emergencies calmly and efficiently.
Requirement
l High school diploma or equivalent;
l Previous experience as a professional driver preferred;
l Ability to lift and carry heavy items if required;
l Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation apps;
l Flexibility to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary;
l Have good English listening and speaking skills.
