Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities.
- Foster a nurturing and supportive classroom environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children.
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor the progress of each child and provide feedback to parents/guardians.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience for students.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment.

Qualifications:
- Not less that 3 years teaching experience
- Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education.
- A diploma from a Montessori college is an added advantage.
- Relevant teaching experience in an early childhood setting.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Good command of English language
