Responsibilities
- Manage a team of safari sales consultants, ensuring they provide exceptional customer service and support throughout each sale.
- Ensure all bookings are processed accurately and efficiently
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Expanding the existing sales platform
- Reporting to the head offices in London & Zanzibar

Requirements and skills
- Successful previous experience as a safari sales manager, with a minimum 5 years previous experience in a management role
- Proven ability to convert sales enquiries in the mid to high end range
- Team player with good communication skills
- Good written and spoken English, including excellent grammar and punctuation
- Familiar with all safarisales booking platforms and other potential sales platforms
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Must hold a bachelor degree and above of the related field for the mentioned post
