CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the strategic direction of Loans and Savings products, including new product scoping, design, development and manangement and understanding of partners relationship & needs.
- Oversee the end-to-end management of product attributes, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
- Conduct regular analysis of market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance product usage, drive revenue growth, and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory
- bodies, to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Streamline operational processes, controls,implement best practices to improve efficiency and scalability.
