MAIN DUTIES
To provide Administration support to Sales Team
RESPONSIBILITIES;
•Overseeing stock control and liaising with the warehouse and sales Team
•Forecasting stock requirements and risks of shortages.
•Analyzing supply chain data to plan purchases and replenishment.
•Conducting inventory audits.
•Monitoring budgets, prices, and supplier contracts.
•Tracking shipments, delays, and the internal movement of stock.
•Ensures compliance with all tax laws & withholding requirements
•Generate recurring reports
•Attending to all calls and take orders from customers
.Attending all Administration duties at the office
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Age: Between 21 to 30

QUALIFICATIONS;
•Diploma/Degree in business, finance or similar field
•1+ year experience in inventory control/Administration
•Ability to perform a variety of inventory control procedures and practices
•Computer knowledge is a MUST
.Fluent in English is MUST
