Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Maintain compliance with all employment laws, guidelines, policies and regulations.
- Prepare and submit required reports and documentation.
- Coordinate and facilitate Employee training programs.
- Implement and monitor health and safety policies.
- Manage day-to-day HR tasks such as staff attendance, payroll, leave management, advance requests, and loan requests and employee records
- Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, complaints, terminations, and investigations.
- Review and update and implement company policies and procedures.
- Schedule and conduct Employees’ performance reviews
- Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by top management

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
