Position Overview
GreenLife Microfinance is seeking a dynamic and experienced Managing Director to lead our organization towards continued growth and success. The Managing Director will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the effective implementation of our mission and vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the organization’s performance and execute the company strategy
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and facilitate the expansion of our services to new regions.
- Lead all operational aspects, to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide inspirational leadership to a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring systems to track progress and drive performance enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices and effectively manage risks
- Identify opportunities for market expansion and product diversification to reach new clients and communities.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Proven track record of successful leadership in the financial services industry
- Strong financial acumen
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in the financial services industry.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into action and drive results.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and integrity.
