Humanitarian Climate Change and Adaptation Officer (Manyara Region) - 3 Months Specific Task Contract

Job Description
ROLE PURPOSE:
The Humanitarian Climate Change and Adaptation Officer will support the design and implementation of high-quality programs that build the resilience of children and communities to climate change impacts and natural disasters. The officer will focus on integrating nature-based solutions, community-led adaptation, and disaster risk reduction approaches into Save the Children's humanitarian and development programming.

In the event of a major humanitarian emergency, the role holder will be expected to work outside the normal role profile and be able to vary working hours accordingly.
