Marua Equipment Limited amongst other things is a supplier of Motorcycles in Tanzania, delivering reliable transportation solutions in the country.
– Education: At least a Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Economics / Administration or a related field.
– Experience: At least 3 years of experience in management, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
Age : Not more than 35 years
Knowledge and Skills:
– Strong leadership and team management abilities.
– Experience in strategic planning and operations management.
– Financial management skills, including budgeting and reporting.
– Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
– Ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
– Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities
- Overseeing the daily operations of the sales, marketing, assembly line, and storekeeping teams.
- Should develop strategies to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction
- Ensuring efficient inventory management practices are in place to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Implementing quality control measures to ensure quality company final MC products.
- Should represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Should prepare financial reports, including sales forecasts, profit and loss statements, and budget analysis.
- Should collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns that drive customer engagement and sales.
