Job Vacant – Quality Controller (QC)
The Quality Controller (QC) is responsible for ensuring that products and services meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves conducting inspections, tests, and audits, as well as collaborating with other departments to improve overall quality processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspection and Testing: 

• Perform regular inspections and testing of materials, products, and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Document and analyze inspection results, identifying defects and non-conformance issues.

Quality Assurance: 

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Reporting: 

• Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, inspection findings, and improvement recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, tests, and audits.

Compliance: 

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
• Assist in internal and external audits as needed.

Continuous Improvement: 

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and projects.
• Provide training and support to team members on quality control practices and standards.

Problem Solving: 

• Identify root causes of quality issues and recommend solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions to address quality-related challenges.

Qualifications:
Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 of experience in quality control or quality assurance in a construction environment
• Familiarity with quality management systems and methodologies 

Skills: 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in quality inspection tools and software.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Certifications: 

• Certification in quality control (e.g., CQI, CQA) is a plus.

Work Environment:

• Site-based
