Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISO 14001)
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills

- Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations, as well as adherence to relevant codes and industry standards.
- Risk Management: Identify and address potential risks related to both quality and cost, and implement corrective measures as necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality control and quantity surveying in construction industry
- Strong knowledge of QC and QS principles, industry standards, and regulations
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MS Excel, Primavera, or other cost-estimating software)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Certification in Quality Control or Quantity Surveying (preferred)
